June, July and August are the best three months for a Leh Ladakh bike trip. Also, May and September is a good time for a road trip in Ladakh.
Leh is a part of Ladakh. In fact, Leh is the capital of Ladakh. A common misunderstanding among people about Ladakh is that Leh and Ladakh are two different places. Ladakh, now UT Ladakh has two districts Leh and Kargil.

Also, renting a 150 cc to 500 cc bike will cost you a lot.
